结合像素局部对比度的直线特征检测算法

鲁棒高效的直线提取算法在空间目标位姿估计、跟踪、骨架重建等领域有广泛的应用。提出基于像素局部对比度和全局虚警抑制的直线段检测算法。算法分为四步:第一步,计算像素点的梯度以及局部对比度;第二步,将方向大致相同的像素点分成直线支撑区域(像素方向为像素梯度方向的顺时针垂直方向),并对支撑区域进行矩形近似;第三步,在直线支撑区域内拟合直线段,计算直线参数;第四步,根据直线支撑区域信息验证直线段,抑制虚警。实验测试结果表明:该算法在复杂条件下,特别是光照影响条件下,具有更好的鲁棒性和效率。     

新疆高校地方特色课程对大学生文化观的影响研究

《新疆历史与民族宗教理论政策教程》是最具有中国特色、新疆地方性特色的课程,开设此课的目的是为了提高大学生思想、牢固树立马克思主义"五观"理论。为了解课程对大学生文化观的教育效果,选取民族班大学生进行研究发现,课程开设后,少数民族大学生的多元文化观显著提高了。居住格局、家庭语言交流类型、上大学前的学习模式等个体变量会影响文化观的提高程度。     

Is South Africa's 20 years of democracy in crisis? Examining the impact of unrest incidents in local protests in the post-apartheid South Africa

This article assesses South Africa's 20 years of democracy, which has frequently been bedevilled by local protests. This article is particularly interested in those unrest incidents that have been distinct for one reason or another. In South Africa, the surge in local unrest incidents is often linked to police behaviour, which has become increasingly militant and brutal when quelling protests. While the right to protest is constitutional, the damage caused during protest action can be immense owing to acts of violence. Protestors' resorting to violent protest action is often linked to increased frustrations as a result of the government's inability to live up to the expectations of marginalised and poor communities. While this article draws primarily on existing scholarly debates focusing on social protests, the primary objective is to examine the impact of unrest incidents on local protests in post-apartheid South Africa. The article further argues that ‘spaces’ for participation in local governance should be created so that citizens can become architects of development and their own future.     

基于局域模板的STAP非均匀检测器

分析了STAP(Space Time Adaptive Processing)中强干扰目标影响传统非均匀检测器性能的机理,针对强干扰目标引起的非均匀检测器性能下降和传统自适应功率剩余(APR)方法运算量大的问题,提出了一种基于局域模板的非均匀检测器(Local Template NHD,LT-NHD)。该方法不需要进行协方差矩阵求逆的耗时运算,便能获得较高的运算效率;此外,其检测不易受训练样本中的强目标样本影响,能获得比传统方法更为鲁棒的检测性能。实测数据实验验证了本文方法的有效性。     

爆炸冲击作用下加筋板结构变形研究

为了预报加筋板结构在爆炸冲击载荷作用下的变形程度,将加筋板的变形分为整体变形和局部变形,借助数值计算拟合了两者能量分配关系,进而提出了爆炸冲击作用下加筋板结构变形的理论计算方法,并与实验结果进行比较,结果吻合较好。     

基于梯度方向二进制模式的空间金字塔模型方法

空间金字塔模型由于其优势在当前图像分类中得到了广泛应用。然而,其码本生成和特征量化这两个环节具有较高的计算复杂度。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种新的局部特征表述———梯度方向二进制模式,首先对图像稠密采样得到多个子图像块,再将每个子图像块均匀划分为2×2个网格,计算每个网格的梯度直方图,然后对所有网格的梯度主方向进行二进制编码并连接为二进制串值,该二进制串值转换的十进制数即为子图像块的特征表述,最后将该特征表述嵌入到SPM模型中。在标准分类数据库上的实验结果证明了本方法在算法耗时和分类精度上均优于基于SIFT的SPM方法。     

词网络的新闻事件关联建模

互联网上每天都会报道许多新闻事件,为了挖掘各事件间的关系,提出一种新闻事件关联建模方法。该方法首先利用TF-IEF和相邻词合并策略对事件的相关报道集提取关键词,然后综合多种词共现度量窗口对事件关键词的关联关系建模,构建事件关键词关联网络,最后依据事件间共有关键词的程度建立事件关联模型,从而建立事件关联网络。实验表明该方法能够较准确地提取报道集的关键词,较好地发现事件间的关联关系。     

Dynamic inventory control with limited capital and short‐term financing

For most firms, especially the small‐ and medium‐sized ones, the operational decisions are affected by their internal capital and ability to obtain external capital. However, the majority of the literature on dynamic inventory control ignores the firm's financial status and financing issues. An important question that arises is: what are the optimal inventory and financing policies for firms with limited internal capital and limited access to external capital? In this article, we study a dynamic inventory control problem where a capital‐constrained firm periodically purchases a product from a supplier and sells it to a market with random demands. In each period, the firm can use its own capital and/or borrow a short‐term loan to purchase the product, with the interest rate being nondecreasing in the loan size. The objective is to maximize the firm's expected terminal wealth at the end of the planning horizon. We show that the optimal inventory policy in each period is an equity‐level‐dependent base‐stock policy, where the equity level is the sum of the firm's capital level and the value of its on‐hand inventory evaluated at the purchasing cost; and the structure of the optimal policy can be characterized by four intervals of the equity level. Our results shed light on the dynamic inventory control for firms with limited capital and short‐term financing capabilities.Copyright © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
